This is a hand pierced one of a kind piece. I use two sheets of silver, the top piece allows me to drill a tiny hole in the silver, weave my saw blade through the hole and carefully cut out a bird. I repeat the steps for the next bird, as well as for the tree branch. Essentially, I am drawing with my jewelers hand saw. I will carefully solder the piece that I have pierced onto another round disc of silver, finish the detail and oxidize it for contrast.
The pendant is a little over an inch and hangs on an 18' snake chain.
